Stability ball

I got this ball to mainly use at my desk to work on my poor posture and so far its caused pain, which is to be expected since the muscles in my back aren't as strong as they should be. So basically, its working. The ball itself is very nice, good quality, and is working out great. However it took me over 10 minutes to inflate it due to the fact that the pump that was included gave out (came apart) halfway through the inflation process, so I had to go find another manual pump and by that time a lot of the air had already been lost. Other than that this ball is great.
