Chef Remi Grill Mat

I personally really like these grill mats. The first time we were finally able to get out grill out of the shed after the 3 feet of snow melted we decided to cook venison - it's always a good time for venison. Anyway we used one of the mats for the meat and the other for the asparagus (which my husband forgot to take photos of). I think the use of the mats for meat is a preferential thing, some people like the flavour that comes from not scraping all the gunk off of the grill and others don't. What we really like about them was the ability to cook our veggies on the grill without worrying about them falling through the grates and losing them, excellent! These will definitely be our go to thing for cooking veggies or anything else that has a tendency to fall through. You still get that smoked flavour, love it!

As a bonus these clean up incredibly easy, just wet and wipe. I had no issues with food sticking and needing to be scraped off. Piece of cake.
