Midori Spring culinary quality Matcha

This is a decent quality matcha. I generally use Matcha for baking, my family loves green tea cookies. This particular brand isn't quite as green as some of the more expensive brands and has a faint smell of grass. That's not unusual tho, nor necessarily a terrible thing. For it's price point its quite good. The nice thing about matcha is a little goes a long way. To make a batch of cookies you won't need more than a tablespoon or two.

*I received this product free or at a discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion. No one likes things that suck.
