I had a blast using this cookie press. I've never had one but I'll be darned if I ever make sugar cookies or the like without this again! It was simple to figure out, simple to use, and easy to clean! I made Matcha Green Tea cookies with White Wheat Flour and the dough can be kinda thick and this handled it like a pro, I'm quite impressed! The one single reason I didn't give it 5 stars is when I would lay it down to swap out my trays the dough would ooze out, it would be nice if there were some feature to keep this from happening.
