Silicone Muffin Pan

Wasn't sure what to expect as the only silicone products I had prior to this are my basting brushes and utensils. So after it arrived we decided to give it a good test run with lots of cupcakes. First it was nice that cupcake cups were included, plus the utensils are a really nice touch.
Pouring the batter into this is no different than a metal pan and it isn't as rigid but its also not floppy so you don't have to worry about it spilling or splashing or being sloppy.
The bake time was the same but the cupcakes cooled much more quickly than in a traditional metal pan. It was also much, much easier to clean. A little soap and warm water and it was good to go, no dried on mess or worry about it rusting (that's why we tossed our last one).
All in all this product is a great replacement to traditional muffin pans.
