Digital meat thermometer

This thermometer works as described and the temp is consistent with my other meat thermometer. You can go from Fahrenheit to Celsius and back. My only complaint and the reason for deducting one star is the instructions are poor. The English is terrible and hard to understand. At this point I don't understand what the minimum/maximum button is used for.
