Great thermometer for kids who don't want to sit still

This thermometer worked consistently for me, the box did not appear as if it were opened, and read at least twice as fast as my old digital thermometer, which makes me incredibly happy since toddlers HATE sitting still.
I took my temperature with both this and my old one at the same time, the difference was .1 degree F. The "L" does not mean low battery as some people seem to think, all of my digital thermometers do that when turned on, it means Low Temp, because obviously if you're body temp was that cold you would be dead. I would certainly recommend this to parents mostly due to its speed.
