Elastic exerciser foot thing

For the price I would say its worth it. While it's a foamy rubber material it does work I assume. I've never used one of these and it came with zero instructions or even links to some trustworthy website to give you tips on the best way to use it. I'm assuming there is a proper way to do exercises with it which I'm sure I can find on my own but had this come with some instructions instead of me trying to find some I would have given it another star. If you already know how to use one of these then this might be for you.
