So I got this for my other half who was having issues with his regularity so we thought we would give a cleanse/detox pill a go since fibre just wasn't doing the trick. I can honestly say this worked well for him, maybe a little too well LOL. He would take 2 at night and it would definitely clean him out the next day. He has not lost any weight, but he isn't using it for that. He only takes it on nights when he's had some issues, he tried taking 2 at a time but felt nauseated and has since been taking one at a time and that is working out just fine.
So while I can't weigh in on whether or not this works for losing weight (and I don't know that emptying your colon is the best way to do that anyway) I can say it works well for cleaning out the pipes!
