This is my first zester, I wanted one for a lemonade recipe I have and my vegetable peeler just wasn't cutting it (no pun intended). Actually it would go through the peel and into the rind, which I didn't want or need. But this works perfectly. The peel is sweet but the rind is bitter, so I need only the peel.
