I gave this product 3 stars because it does work, but it doesn't work as well for me as other brands I've taken. My only guess for a reason would be that one is high quality than the other. I do like that this one contains other things like calcium and potassium and it did curb my appetite some, but not as drastically as other types with a lower percentage of HCA.
