I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I am changing my eating lifestyle geared that way. I really like this recipe book, it has a lot of great, yummy ideas and really helps when you need new ideas for your diet. One thing I wish it included was nutrition facts for us lazy people. Also many of the recipes call for using soy milk. I personally try to stay away from soy products, plus I rather enjoy cashew milk as its thicker than soy or almond milk. Aside from that I highly recommend.
